PHOSPHATE SOLUBILIZING BACTERIA

Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) are beneficial microorganisms that convert insoluble inorganic phosphorus into a soluble form, making it readily available for plant uptake.

P.S.B PLUS-Caps are advanced capsules containing phosphate-solubilizing bacteria that enhance soil phosphorus availability. These bacteria solubilize inorganic soil phosphates bound to calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), and aluminum (Al) by producing siderophores, organic acids, hydroxyl, and carboxyl groups. Through chelation, they release phosphorus in a form that plants can readily absorb, promoting improved nutrient uptake and plant growth.

RECOMMENDATION
PSB fertilizer is typically applied before the flowering and fruiting stages to enhance yield. The fixation of soil phosphorus increases over time as soluble phosphorus interacts with soil particles. Therefore, to ensure efficient utilization of phosphorus fertilizers, it is best to apply them shortly before planting the crop, maximizing the availability of this essential nutrient during critical growth stages.
